Made exclusively for the Beer Cartel Advent Calendar 2023 this beer is a wild mix of ingredients that come together in complete balance. With subtle Manuka smoke, sweet mango and a slow burning heat this sour is a harmonious blend of flavours. Pairs well with a hot bowl of Laksa.

Can shared in Forbes. Light golden and slightly hazy colour with a white head. Aroma was smoked and bacon. taste dominated by the smoke, with a light chili heat finish. Only the faintest hint of sweet mango. No sourness. Light body.
