A base of ale, wheat and Vienna malts create a perfect background for carefully selected hops giving wide floral and citrus aromas.

Keg at Hull Minster Beer Fest. Slightly opaque amber. Foamy white head. Aroma is dominated by sweet doughy malts with a sour citrus edge. Flavourwise it's more bitter, with a sour citrusy edge. Malts are present but less assertive now. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice enough.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl.
Appearance - golden and pretty clear. Not much head.
Nose - brown bread, light caramel and a hint of orange.
Taste - a bit more orange this time, but still mainly brown bread.
Palate - light to medium bodied, a bit of sweetness, not much bitterness.
Overall - not so sure.

Can on the Norfolk Dumpling, thanks to the Nick, 27/01/24. Light golden blonde with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is grass, orange peel, straw, light perfume. Taste comprises orange zest, pale and breads malts, floral notes, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable affair ... comes over a touch sweet and flabby.
