Draught @ Proeflokaal Arendsnest, Herengracht 90, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1015 BS. [ As Klein Duimpje Barrel Xperience Neerlands Wild ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, tart, wood, oak, resin - acetone, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, vinegar, oak, sweet malt, resin - acetone. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic - acetone. [20160902]

Bottle thanks to Seth. Pours a clear copper with medium off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong booze, acetone, wood. Thin body, strong acidity, grape, boozy finish, very good.

Draft at brett fest. Dark red pour. Aroma of sherry, malt, booze and red fruit. Taste is sweet, with ripe red fruit, vinous oak, sherry and some malt. Nice, but could be better if it got out of the barrel a bit sooner.

Schenkt iets wazig rood/koper met lichte kraag. Aroma van hout, zuurtonen, wijn, brett, lambiek. Smaken matig/redelijk zoet, hout, wijn, alcohol, zeer zachte zuren, lambiek kenmerken, glad/smooth, zeer licht ijzer, complexiteit van zuren is ingetogen, droog mondgevoel, matige body, zoetzurig met hout, niet over zuur/complex, vind persoonlijk dit soort zoet/zurige zachte combinaties best ok! --- Beer merged from original tick of Barrel Xperience Neerlands Wild () on 23 May 2018 at 16:36 - Score: 7
