Sumptuous malts, apparent but easy going bitterness to allow full flavours of the Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hop schedule. White grape, gooseberry and passionfruit to the fore!

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a herbal, stone fruits, dry, earthy, light floral hop bitter palate and a lingering dry bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Rocky white head on a cloudy pale long coloured body. Zesty, pith & white wine aroma. Medium bodied, short on the tongue with a dry back. Lemon, zesty, white wine, mango & gooseberry tastes. That's a fine beer.
