Can from The Star & Garter, Bromley. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is chocolate cake, raisin, liquorice toffee, touch of coffee. Taste is coffee, chocolate cake, raisin, touch of cinnamon. Malty sweet action, light bitterness.

Can at the Strait and Narrow l. Lack colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are bitter chocolate. Slight dry finish. Rich smooth body.

Lovely rounded stout. Sweet and full in the mouth. Roasty aftertaste. Chocolate slightly spoils it for me
