Our Quadruple is a massive treat for winter contemplation. Look for a deep red beer with a warming, mocha and sweet fruit and nuts complexity.

Can. Picked up at SMOD. The odd pour, too. Mostly clear deep chestnut brown. Tidy slim tan foam. Vinous and nutty. Bit of hop leaf. Brown sugar. Some toasty notes. Taste is sweet and vinous. Lightly estery and lightly bitter. Nicely easy drinking at the lofty ABV. Vinous and chocolatey bitterness to finish.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 12/12/22. Rich mahogany brown with a good sized lasting beige head. Nose is fruit cake mix - prunes, dates, figs, toffee, spice, nutty, herb, molasses, nip of alcohol. Taste comprises dark malts, stewed fruits, caramel, modest booze, nutty, herb, spice, figgy jam. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Sublime Quad ... great balance ... never runs sweet and sips well under 11.9%.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy ruby/brown body with an off-white head that slowly fades. Steady carbonation. Aroma of nuts and plum. Flavour of raisins, nuts and prunes. Medium to full body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Rich, nutty and boozy. This drinks easily for the ABV.
