Bottle at home. Aroma is lots of raspberry, sweet cherry, chocolate, dark malt, creamy. Flavour is medium sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is almost medium. Wow, this sure does deliver. I had a piece of cherry chocolate pie earlier today and this beer is like the liquid incarnation of that wonderful pie. Delicious!

Marrón muy oscura y opaca. Sin espuma. Aroma extraño, diferente, pero de recuerdo medicinal poco agradable. En boca sigue siendo extraña aunque más agradable. Oleosa, base de maltas tostadas con notable sabor a chocolate. Pero además incorpora un caracter ácido y mentolado, que crea un contraste cuando menos difícil. Experimento fallido,

Bottle from del mon. Clear dark brown smooth light brown head.strong raspberry jam aroma , mixed with hard roasted malts. Very intense fruity aroma. Lots of raspberry. Flavor is roasted malts with so much raspberry jam you could bake a cake. I would have preferred a more fruity less jam like profile.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, reddish brown with a lacing, off-white head. The aroma is overwhelming raspberry to a degree where it smells greasy and sickening. Medium-bodied, an initial slight roastiness, taken over by tartness and then these horribly protruding rapberry notes, that seem to be forever stuck to your palate. Not a word on the label about as much as one gram of fruit being used in this beer, so we must assume it’s all chemistry. Very close to undrinkable this abomination of a beer. 070716

Bouteille 33cl, batch# 553, BB 12/2016. Brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme offre un agréable bouquet de framboise, ce dernier ressort comme mettant bien en avant le nez de framboise, caractère terreux, frais, léger lactose en retrait sans être surfait. Palais est plaisant, bien fruité avec une framboise qui est bien placée. Le lactose, pour une fois, n’est pas surfait et ne tombe pas dans le trop doux. Effervescence est moyenne-haute avec un dominant du fruité qui garde son côté terreux, léger picotement, pointe surette. Fruité rouge, pointe amer aussi sur la fin, niveau des houblons. Malt garde un caractère qui complète le tout et laisse à la framboise sa place pour briller.

donkerbruin met rode gloed en iets dunne kaki kraag. aroma van zoet rood fruit, licht zuurtje, zoet, chocolade. ,smaken zijn matig/redelijk zoet, licht bitter, glad en dun van textuur, melkchocolade, mout, rood fruit (framboos), licht zuur, fris, alc beperkt merkbaar, lekkere smaken in wat dunne/lichte basis, nergens vervelend, prettig fruitig in de afdronk. verder plakkerig.

33cl bottle. Dark ruby pour with a very soft tan-coloured head. Tons of raspberries in the nose. Tastes like raspberries too, sweet and sour, perfumey, together with notes of roasted malts, dark chocolate and a bit of vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel with a kind of artificial flavouring sensation in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Black, no head. Aroma of strong raspberry, tart and some chocolate. Taste of raspberry chocolate cake, with milk, mild licorice and brownie. Strange, but nice. Like it.

Bottle @ Drinkers Pub, Eindhoven. Nice dark red to dark amber color, average to medium sized creamy off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is pretty dominating sweet, artificially sweetened raspberry candy. Taste lightly malts, raspberry, candy, sweetness, only stout influences in the background. Not bad, but not really my thing. Still, a good score since there is really not much to dislike about this beer, other than "not my thing".
