Can at home. Pours black, nose is vanilla, caramel, chocolate, light fruit, taste is similar, sweet. --- Beer merged from original tick of Seven Seas - Arctic. Speyside Barrel aged on 20 Aug 2023 at 21:23 - Score: 8

Can split at Tilt, Bingo-Cotts Convention, picked up from HOTM online 08/07/23. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is dark malts, spice, charr, ashen nip, mellow spey barrel, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises dark malts, molasses, spice, booze, dates, raisins, ashen nip. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced boost. Okay BA impy but lacks some depth to the flavour.

Not Cotts bottle share held at Tilt, Birmingham last weekend. Pours deep brown towards black with a thin tap cap. Aroma: sweet malts, dark chocolate, molasses, liquorice. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet, burnt malts, cocoa, brown sugar, molasses, dried fruits, light boozy, some peat. Medium to full body with fine carbonation.

Tried at the Not at Cotteridge share 2023 at Tilt Birmingham. Black with a tan head. Aroma and taste are malty and rich chocolate. Boozy whisky. Full body.

Can at Cotteridge Meet Up 2023. Black beer thin tan head. Chocolate aroma. More chocolate in mouth. Some heat on finish. Good chocolate but the heat is just too much

Not Cotts 23. Aroma has sweet booze. Molasses and dark dough. Initial bitterness and booze. Followed by cacao and molasses. Thick. Creamy. Sticky. Long somewhat astringent finish.

Can shared in Canary Wharf - cheers to the Osprey. Pours black-brown with a foamy, tan cap. Medium sweet flavour with rounded dark malts, burnt brown bread, subtle pear, some d brown sugar, earth, booze, raisins. Medium to full bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Slightly warming finish, earth, some more burnt toast, burnt toffee, ash, mild peat. Interesting stuff.

Can at home... Dark black... No head sweet chocolate Roast malts nose.. Massive whisky.. Dark chocolate.. Soft roast.. Big whisky

Can shared at the columbus tasting 22/032023. Many thanks. Osprey. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, oily, peanut butter, coco, liquorice. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, oily, earthy, salty roast, liquorice, alcohol. alvohol. Palate is oily, alcohol, fine carbonation. ok. harsh.
