Misty gold with a small, fast disappearing bubbly white head and a slightly tart apple aroma. Medium sweet apple juice with a touch of funky acidity and a dryish finish.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet. Clear, deep golden body with practically no head. Wonderful rich aroma of quality apples, apple cores and wood with hint of cellar. Flavor has a nice combination of slightly sour, tart apples and sweet, ripe apples, balanced oak and some really nice cellar notes. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. This cider got everything I want for a easy accessable cider. It has a very high degree of easy drinkability, it’s super refreshing and also enough complexity to be something to swirl around in the glass at one of those quite evenings I just want something nice to relax with that also give me room to try to figure out the flavors. Sweet, tart and woody cellar notes is basically what it’s all about in a very balanced way and it''s even pretty low in alcohol.

500ml bottle. Clear gold, thin bubbles remaining on top. Fruity apple with barnyard, wood and funky notes, tannins. Syrupy mouthful, low carbonation, semi-dry.

Keg at the Glasshouse taproom, Bingo-Cotts Convention, 08/07/23. Clear golden with a white cap that thins edgewards. Nose is tangy apple, hay bale, herb, dusty orchards. Taste comprises apple peel, hint of caramel, tannins, straw. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Tap at glasshouse. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a small fizz. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy apple, nutty apple, brown sugars, clean, apple juice. Flavour is composed of semi sweet juicy apple, light apple bark,, light tang, clean apple, some sugar. Palate is semi sweet, juicy, highish carbonation. Very easy drinking.

150ml, draught, from a sample tray at RØØR. Clear late straw coloured body, a bubbly ring on the surface, no lacing. Moderate smell of apple skins and farmyard. Slightly spice apples to the taste profile, hints of pears and farmyard. Mid-sweet apples to the finish. Oily palate. Pretty good. (Oslo 17.04.2024).

On tap at Port Street Beer House, pours a clear copper golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of red apple core, some farmhouse notes, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is quite sweet but has a wonderful farmhouse funk and a touch of apple skins. Funky, sweet and complex. Excellent.
