Our Breton style cider is smooth, velvety and oh so richly flavoursome. After the big tannic punch, it delivers a natural apple sweetness only years of craft could perfect. A wild, fruity and mature cider with a naturally rich bronze colour.

50 cl bottle @ home Aroma has leathery apples and apple peel. Flabour has learhery apples. Some flour and apple peel. Rather good, I like the leather saddle tomes here.

500ml bottle. Pours dull gold with low carbonation. Aroma is dry, musty apple juice and tannins. Taste has sweet and cheesy apple juice to start and tannins on the dry finish.

Bottle, 500 shared with Miro B, Max and Miro. Clear golden, almost no head. Apples, sweet, low carbonation. Tad too sweet for me, but still OK. Medium bodied.

Box at the Exchange Craft Beer House, Bradford. Very mildly hazed golden cider with a tangy-sweet apple, and same in its aftertaste, and good in both respects. Lesser in aroma.

Bottled. A golden white cider. The aroma has notes of wood, apples, and applecore. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, lemons, funk, and wood, leading to a tart finish.

9/2/2020. From Bag in a Box at the Cardinal’s Hat, Worcester. Pours hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is lightly funky, baked apple, touch of citrus and yeast. Medium sweetness and very light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Some dryness to finish. Decent.

500ml bottle. Sparkling, bright orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and tangy apple aroma, astringent, rubbery. Taste is sweetish, woody oaky apple, bittersweet, with leathery rubbery funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tangy tannic funky finish. Nicely drinkable.
