Minutiae Reserve 2022: Double Barrel - A blend of 60% Imperial Rye Stout and 40% Imperial Oat Stout aged in Willett bourbon, Bookers bourbon, and Jim Beam bourbon casks for 11 months, then moved to 78% Jim Beam bourbon and 22% Jim Beam Double Oak casks for an additional 18 months. Total age time was 29 months. Intense notes of bourbon and spice with flavors of evaporated, reduced stout - bakers chocolate, smoke, umami, and subtle dried cherry.
