This is an American IPA, a bitter, amber colored and clear IPA in the style of the legendary Bells Two Hearted. Do not expect a hazy, sweet, juicy beer. This is not it. Order, drink and rate accordingly. Bitterness is nice. Bitterness is your friend. Drink alongside good friends and/or food.
---
Summer is coming to an end and we set off into the deep, mystical woods.

We celebrate with an American IPA full of 2-row pale ale malt and some carapils and generously hopped with Cascade, Columbus and Centennial hops.

Another OG kind of American IPA to contrast the contemporary Hazy IPAs, so please order, drink, enjoy and rate accordingly. Bitterness is your friend.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 Nov 2024) Pale amber colour with lasting, tan head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, cereal, toast and orange peel. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, toast, cereal, orange peel, apricots, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Tasty and well balanced old-schoolish IPA. Nice one.
