Beneath my heart is a blend of 14 months barrel-aged Arctic Wild ales brewed with barley malt, wheat malt, spelt malt and oats. Expect robust flavors of red currant and rhubarb, grounded by earthy funk and the freshness of hay. Its radiant orange hue sets the stage for a refreshingly balanced sourness.

Slightly funky, mineraly and sourish with hints of tart apricot juice, jammy fruits and rhubarb. Could've used a bit more carbonation, but quite complex and tasty.
