A very dark reddish brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of roasted dark malt, piney and resinous hops. Taste of piney bitter hops, chocolate, liquorice, coffee beans, dark malt. Moderate bitterness.

Röstiger, weicher und milder Hopfenbeginn. Bittere, wenig schokoladige Noten im Mittelteil, deutliche Herbe, trockener Hintergrund. Würzig, die starke Trockenheit stört, eher einfach. Nett, könnte kräftiger sein. 11/8/10/9/11/9

440ml can. pours black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, floral/herbal, pine. Taste is quite malty, sweet chocolate, coffee roast, floral, coconut, herbal, lots of pine, citrus, finish is bitter but not overly strong. Solid BIPA but despite the nice array of hop flavours the malt character seems stronger.
