50cl green glass bottle with pry off cap pours with a crystal clear pure deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The mild aroma offers up bit of sweet apple and pear like fruity esters as well as faint booze. The taste delivers apple, pear and fig like sweet fruity esters bumping up against a sweetness cutting booziness. To midway it gets more muddled as the sweet esters meet up with a sweet off note lurking inside of the booziness. It ends as the sweetness fades leaving a kind of boozy fake sugar, saccharin and slightly chemical sensation lingering for longer than you'd like. Occasionally it seems like a meek graininess is trying to be heard. I do like how the booziness is sharp enough to cut most of the sweet estery onslaught. Not altogether terrible.
