Een hoppige smaakrollercoaster die dankzij 75 kilo aroma hop op 40 hectoliter zijn weerga niet kent. We gebruiken geen bitterhop in de bereiding, maar enkel aromahoppen en die in absurde hoeveelheden. Hierdoor verkrijgt deze Wazig een indrukwekkend fruitig aroma en behoudt het bier een soepele aangename afdronk.
Door het gebruik van hop die een tropische zoetheid geeft in plaats van de klassieke bitterhoppen, ontstaat een zacht troebel bier dat eruitziet een smaakt als een biersmoothy. Ook de IPA-liefhebber komt niets te kort, want een overvloed van de welbekende frisse citrus-y-smaken zullen je smaakpapillen gegarandeerd de kost geven.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fruity hops, citrus, tropical notes, soft mango and orange. Mild bittersweetish taste. Medium body. Not an exceptional hazy Pale, but smooth and pleasant.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een fruitige en hoppige geur. De smaak is vol citrus achtig en hoppig.

33 cl. bottle shared with Suus @ Alex and Suus. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with some maltiness as well. Sweet taste with a short low bitter finish. Decent IPA but the finish could be a bit longer.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Juicy, citrusy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally sugary, pale malty background, notes of mandarine, orange, lemon, some mango. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally chalky, zesty notes of lemon; moderately bitter, mineral finish. Watery texture, lively, slightly coarse carbonation.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 31 Aug 2019) Golden amber colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of orange peel, apricots and caramel. Fruity taste with citrus, orange peel, apricots, toast, grainy malt, pine needles amd a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
