Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 02/09/24. Deep amber topped with a light beige covering that veers to the edge. Nose is earthy citric peel, herb, floral, grass, straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, herb, light mineral bite, bergamot, citric tinged straw, toasted malts. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Not bad but wouldn't revisit.

Just a very mild haze on this amber beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth, fairly light and slightly viscous palate, modest fine carbonation. Soft malts, a little soft cream and a touch of caramel. Soft pine into a fairly rich and semi ripe hop fruity array. Soft floral citrus peel, mild candy fruits and mild citrus peel. Interesting! Not a big shouty West Coaster but soft and juicy. Very drinkable.
