Sampled during the 2025 Xmas „Krimi“ dinner. Amber with a frothy, white head. Aroma of tangerines, caramel, pie dough. Bittersweet with good balance between resin-led hoppy bitterness and caramel sweet backbone. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Easygoing. Nice.

A: clear golden, small, white head.
A: shallot, spring onion, cereal, ripe apple, pear.
T: sweet apple, bitter & spicy shallot, dough, cereal.
F: grassy & floral hops, yellow fruit, warming jenever-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Intense and interesting.

A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of pine needles, spruce, pale malt, some grapefruit. Taste of piney bitter hops, citrus, spruce, some grapefruit. Long dry bitter finish.
