Retro 1970's lager. Foamy white head stayed on a highly carbonated pale amber body. Pale malt & fruity aroma. Medium bodied, sharp with clean back. Fruity, light malt, floral & confectionery tastes. Drinkable.

Pours golden with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet and full malt. Taste has grain elements, sweet malt. Palate contains honeyed malt. Interesting, more full bodied than most lagers.

On Tap at PreFunk to kick off AleFort weekend. Clear deep golden with a full dense lasting bright white head. Smooth soft pale golden malts, lightly hopped and a decent body that make is smooth. A little surprised by this one. Nice.

11.2 Fl Oz bottle into a La Chouffe stemmed tulip on 2nd Jan 2018 at my daughters in California. Saw this in a supermarket and remembered that although I have drank this many times it was well before the internet and beer sites were all the rage. Anyway this Harp was a deep golden bodied Lager with a fast fading white head, just as it was in the 1970's. Clean, clear and bright it almost shined in the afternoon sun. Grainy, floral nose, grainy taste with a semi-sweet nature, light late bitterness. Better than I remember it to be honest!
