Jet black with a full head. Aroma of creamy roast malt. Flavour is liquorice, burnt malt, creamy roast, sweet base on a lingering bitter liquorice finish.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Chocolate and roast. Moderate bitter nice roasted flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle from @Domus birrae in Rome, pours dark brown /black with a medium brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate. Taste is a bit thin, a lot of dry coffee and roasted malts, powder chocolate, medium body, low co2. Well indeed it's a dry stout as the classification says.
