Smooth like a swan's glide through water, our Black Bevy Stout is a creamy drop named after a bevy of Black Swans that gather in the protected waters of Jervis Bay National Park's Lake Wollumboola. Dark in colour and loaded with roast character, our take on a classic Irish-style dry stout is utterly seductive.

(Can) Pours black with big tan head. Pleasant roast grain aroma with hints of coffee. Medium body with good carbonation. Taste dark roast malt with notes of black coffee towards the end. Very drinkable.

Can. Black, an inch of tan head that fades fairly soon. Aroma is roasty and a bit creamy. Mocha and perhaps a touch of caramel in the taste too, but primarily dry and roasty. Solid.
