An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit peel. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload - grapefruit peel piled on top of intense U.S. aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA.

First opportunity ever to buy Elvis Juice came today at the Bergen airport duty free store. My thanks. Great name for a beer undoubtably. I open the 33cl bottle to lift into the best glass I can come up with. The view is an inviting yellow-gold body with a smattering of white bubbles. The nose is assuredly citrus-centric and little else. I taste ruby-red grapefruit, mandarin orange and perhaps grain. Interestingly sweet with a bit of bitterness. Not particularly hoppy. I like it quite a lot.

At Dukes Grocery in DC. Poured a golden orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was lots of grapefruit juice in this one. Light citrus, malts. Kind of sweet, but also refreshing.

Sixteen ounces of nope. Overpowering natural grapefruit notes create a AB-Inbev level of false fruitiness, while the actual IPA is pretty much nonexistent. Hops can't stand up to the flavoring, leading to a bitterless, seltzer-ish finish. Pretty terrible, but also terribly pretty.
