Very fluffy, lacey white head over fully hazy orange-ochre beer. Fresh C-hops, all kinds of citruspeel, especially orange & grapefruit. Hint of (other)grains. Ever so slightly cheesy. Dry hopbales. Very citrussy flavour as well; citruspeel, faint asafoetida, again other grains. Exotic fruit & vegetables. Bit of bananapeel. Very dry; quite well-bodied, chewy; good carboantion. Almost wry. Quite good DIPA, achievement for a relatively new brewery.

Süffiger, süß hopfiger Antrunk. Spritzig, milde Herbe, etwas trocken, rund. Würzig, konstant hopfig, Zitrus, etwas Ananas. Blumig, langer Abgang, rund. 10/11/12/12/11/12
