Bottle. Color: Very dark reddish brown, thin beige head. Aroma: Caramel, booze, fruity. Taste: Starting moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Bourbon, vanilla, caramel, fudge, malty with fruity notes of dark cherries. Pretty smooth mouthfeel with some boozy notes. Hints of molasses. Medium to over medium bitter finish with hints of orange zest. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Feeling a bit thin, but overall a nice and pretty complex beer to enjoy slow sipping.

Served from a bottle at MBCC Blue Session. Coal black body, spotty lacing. low tan-coloured head. Dark dough and caramel aromas. Taste of caramel, bread and dried fruits. Woody. Rounded bittersweet finish. Warming and nice. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).
