Did not mix very good with some strong cheese. But very nice alone. Deep amber pour and a fine head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Decent sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Loads of caramel, fruity and some spices in the flavor. [Can from a local grocery store in Halden, Norway]

0.33l can, huge thanks djoeye! Dark colaish ruby-brown body, thick greyish-ochre head, gone soon. Dried fruit, caramel and light yeastiness in the aroma, bit earthy, slightly dusty. Lean, dry taste, dusty, tobacco, orange notes, tastes more boozy than the stated 4.7%. A decent, albeit imperfect Norwegian Christmas lager.

YG 090222. Amber color with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, roasted malt, spices. Flavor is caramel, sugar, roasted malt, spices, bread, dried fruits, toffee. Nice beer.

Can. A clear chestnut colored beer under a two-finger, dense, light beige head. Some curtains. The aroma is lightly spiced, with some dark bread notes, roasted malts, dark dried fruit and caramel. Nutty, lightly piney hints too. Some chocolate too. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated, semi-sweet, with flavors of roasted malts, caramel, toffee, spiced hints and some bready notes. Quite nutty too, especially in the finish. Lasting malt driven finish. Quite complex, but a bit unbalanced and uninteresting. 220209

330ml can bought at Eurospar Langnes, shared with Frau Eva. A deep mahogany coloured body, slowly diminishing beige head, fair lacing. Moderate aromas of slightly spiced chocolate. Mixed malt-forward taste of chocolate malts added by nuts, cinnamon, and a distant touch of ripe fruits. Mid-sweet malty finish, lightly roasted. Easy to drink. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 20.12.2020).
