For this hazy double IPA we used Citra YCH 702/DynaBoost flowable whirlpool extract. DynaBoost was crafted as a hassle-free whirlpool addition that amplifies aromatics through a concentration of wort-soluble compounds.

Heavily dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and even more Citra. Ripe and juicy [insert: all the tropical fruits you can name] and a strong sweet citrusy aroma and flavor.

Fat på Chapterhouse testas med Spike Dipa. Här har vi medelfyllig Dipa med sjukt klassisk hazy smak. Ja den smakar som Apex brukar göra. Detta bryggeri har en ton som tydligt känns igen i de flesta diporna. Ibland undrar jag om de inte bara byter namn på Diporna. Ölen samma. God men som vanligt lite väl enkel smak från detta bryggeri.
