Bottle from Salvatore. Golden color, clear, fine head. Flavor is lagery, mineral, some sharpness, faint grass and flowers, maybe a bit salty. Light body, watery texture, clean finish.

On tap. Un arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, cracker, crosta di pane, frutta secca e agrumi.

On keg at Doppio Malto, Glasgow. Appearance - hazy golden with a thin white head. Nose - bread, grassy hops and lemon. Taste - bread, caramel, honey and lemon. Palate - light bodied, sweet middle, finish could be cleaner. Overall - ok but a bit grainy.

On tap at Doppio Malto Milano Duomo. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy herbal nose. Grainy, herbal, light bready and grassy with bitterish finish.
