[ As Oedipus / Kees Starter ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, citrus, citric, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, citric, lemon, wheat, fruit, frutiy yeast. 0.33 l bottle from 'Drinks & Gifts', bottled in August 2018. Slightly hazy, golden with a large, slightly fluffy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, quite fruity, floral, slightly grassy and a bit funky aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, some hay and a touch of wood. Minimally sweet, fairly dry, gently sour, fruity-floral and slightly grassy taste of lemon peel, gooseberry, some white grapes and a touch of hay, followed by a medium long rather tart, dry and a little funky finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and fairly effervescent mouthfeel, sparkling carbonation. Interesting and refreshing, hardly any Witbier character left though.

Tap at Oedipus. Slight hazy pale straw with white head. Lime, dishwashing liquid, tart wheat, soft herbs, light lactic and grassy. Under medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Almost medium bodied. OK. 😏

330 ml. bottle @ Oedipus. Orange with basically zero head. Nose is lemon basic kettle sour with low wheat lime. Super simple kettle sour, lemon, lime, very basic but surprisingly tasty, soft carbonation, lemon, lime, juicy with littler carbonation.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours medium hazy and pale golden, topped with medium sized white head, medium lasting. Soury spicy nose, coriander upfront. Gentle sourness, slightly puckery in the finish. Gentle sweet fruity feeling. Lighter body.

Bottle at home. Hazy pale golden with no head. Wheat and lemon, light coriander and white pepper. Medium sour and quite bitter. Light body and soft carbonation. Like a witbier with squeezed lemons in the glass.
