Garden uses only craft malts, which are roasted in the wood oven of the farmhouse Baladin. The typical colour of a tunic monk with a solid cream characterized of chestnut brown shades. The scent is smoked and chestnut. The taste is roasted chestnut, paired with amaretto and carob flavors. Perfect with cured meats and tasty middle-age cheese.

Draft @ Open Garden, Piozzo. Pours hazed dark brown, creamy off-white head. Gentle smoked malt nose, dark malts. Flavour profile presents full bodied dark malt, nicely balanced smoked integration, perhaps a whisp of liquorice. Nicely done.

Open Baladin Rona draught, 5/3/24. Seems hazy. Darker amber. Big, beige head. Salt and pepper nose with a bit of bacon and some grainy malt. Clean. Sweet, malty, a bit grainy. Lots of pepper and molasses. Bit grassy and sharp on the finish. Malt and smoke lingering. Charred. Maltiness keeps it drinkable.

Smell of smoke, peat. Dark bronze colour, beige head. Aroma of smoke, peat, roasted malt, some tar in finish. Lively soft carbon. Medium sweet, also bitter. Very good.

On tap @ Baladin Open Garden. Il naso viene catturato dall'affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è molto elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è pregevole. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è multidimensionale. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il mantello birroso superiore color marrone chiaro è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, fico, affumicato e frutta passita.
