750ml bottle. Sort of a sour brown Saison. Awesome body, perfect effervescence. Really awesome beer. Medium bodied. Excellent.

Bottle, 75cl. Almost clear, deep golden, small white head. Funky aroma, typical Fantomet, fruity and herbal. Medium to full body, semi dry, nicely carbonated. Fruity flavor with a nice funk. Quite herbal. Long finish. Sure not bad this one. 250420

Funky, floral and spicy with some farmyard and hints of medicinal vinegary vibes. Feels slightly off.

750mL bottle drunk 12/31/24.
Clear, lighter amber. Massive, off-white head, rocky, well-retained.
Initially it smells like DMS or glue, or heavy flour. This does pass, somewhat, though I still get hints of it after it has breathed for over an hour. Otherwise, not too much spice with a candy-like sweetness including hints of maple and light chocolate. Yeast a little hard to get at, though there's decent acidity on the finish.
In the mouth it suffers from the same potential DMS/glue character. I've been getting that from a lot of amber beers lately, so maybe it's just me. But I swear it has a floury, sugary character and a touch of thinning in the body, at points. There's a good, homogeneous spiciness that can't be pinned down, lots more dark candi sugar-like character and mellow yeast with a lingering, mild lactic acidity. Strange beer, unsurprisingly, but interesting and compelling even if it seems to have some issues.

On tap at Proletariat, pours a clean amber orange a medium white head. Aroma is full of wild bugs, autumn spices, and some horse blanket. Flavour is dry, with lots of rustic saison yeast, spicy yeast, and toasted bready malt. Dry, spicy, and rustic. Very good.

Bottle. Clear light brown with a loosish white head. 3+ Mildly funky aroma of light spiced biscuit with apples, wild berries, some citrus. Just medium bodied. Slightly sour, barely sweet but quite fruity and a bit phenolic with hard spices before a dry finish.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. ABV staat nergens vermeld. Licht amber kleur, witte kraag. Licht zuur, appels, hoog cider-gehalte, hint van caramel, fruitig, bitter-zure finish.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy amber, thin off-white head. Aroma: Yeasty, malty, herbal. Taste: Slightly tart, some apple, malty, hints of caramel and hints of leaves. Subtle yeasty. Very light bitterness. Easy drinkable. Medium to just under medium body, just under average carbonation.
