This beer is loaded with very interesting hops from New Zealand. Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron and Rakau. The hop variety Nectaron was named after a long-standing hop breeder and researcher in New Zealand, Dr. Ron Beatson.

Grapefruit and pineapple marmalade. Slightly hazy golden pour with decent head. Bittersweet finish. Ok, but Blindman has much better. Was expecting more from this. Can.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, orange, green grape, pear and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, grapefruit, apricot, pineapple, white wine and grassy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Good but not great.

Can from CCC September 2024 box. Clear medium gold with a one finger lingering cream coloured head that leaves stringy lace. Nose is citrus tropical fruit, stone fruit, and gooseberry. Light nectarine sweetness with a medium grapefruit and citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is medium+ with average carbonation and a juicy finish. 8/4/7+/4/16+
