Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Pale golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is grains, hay, some wheat and mild zesty tones. Flavour is citrus, some grains, mild spiciness, zest and a bit wheaty sweetness. Could do with a bit more carbonation.

Head gone in seconds over fully hazy yellow-golden beer. Faint whiff of acetic acid, certainly wheat, bit spicy. Sourish - lactic, not acetic - orangepeel, and coriander but the last very faraway. Has as much from Weizen as from witbier, the more as warming up, 1,4 guaiacol, clove, appears. Slick, quite carbonated, very light MF. Peculiar. I'm sure they wanted to emulated Be wit, but... Rated at Maku Brewing HQ. Smooth, citrusy and slightly yeasty with hints of lemon and spices. Easy going.
