Foamed up a bit on opening. Bright copper colour and lots of head. Definitely got some brett on it, a bit if caramel, too. Fizzy, which takes away from the overall presentation. Again some toffee notes and brett. It’s a bit incongruous, actually. Still good, still Upright, but not my ideal flavour profile.

From tap at Upright, Portland. Aroma is grainy malt and tart fruits, apricot, funk, hops, citrus, quite complex. Flavour is tart and moderate sour with a dry finish. Complex and Bretty, wow... a smashing Saison!

Nice stuff. Light sweetness, fruity creaminess. Nice saison back bone. Good stuff.

Poured from the tap. Hazy amber gold with small white head. Saison yeast, slightly rustic, mild spice. Decent overall.

Bottle at the new Imperial location. Pours a murky yellow color with a medium white head. A big fresh fruity nose. Spicy, light lemons, earthy overall, a bit of musty hay. Very smooth. A nice fluffy palate. Solid.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes and light spiciness. Flavour is very fresh, with notes of oak, nice spiciness, and farmhouse yeast. Oaky and nicely farmhousey. Very good.
