Czech hops and lagering profile meets a Germany style doppelbock malt beer, the result is a sweet and bitter beer with a super crispy mouthfeel. Brewed in collaboration with Thyras Bryg based out of Roskilde Denmark, he is known for his brilliant classic styles and we decided to mix it up with two very different classic styles of beer and it works wonderfully.

Fully hazy amberish ochre beer, well carbonated with a small off-white head. Bit pickles, and even a bit lambic-y nose; darker grains. Sweet breadcrust, fluffy cake, faint orange, orangecake. Finish has a whiff of bitterness, as husks, leaves, even earthy. Chestnut flour. At least medium bodied, very slick to oily feel; good carbonation. Peculiar beer. A German Doppelbock would be way sweeter. As to a Czech one... have I ever seen one so called? Txs to Joren and friends!
