33cl brown bottle brought back from Italy by GF's mom. Pours a light golden colour, clean, white cap, average retention and some decent sticky-creamy lace. Aromas of wet hay, cereal and light grasses. Much of the same for the taste with the hops showing a little more in the finish. Decent bitterness for a pale Italian lager.

From 66cl bottle. Pours bright gold with white foam. Aroma is bready and slightly fruity. Body is watery with medium carbonation. Taste is predominantly sweet, though with some underlying bitterness. Finish is moderately short.

Bottle consumed at the campsite in the shore of Lake Orta. Had to beg borrow and steal some ice. A very pale yellow coloured pour with a frothy white head, Aroma is pale pils, straw, sweaty little apple. Flavour is composed of sweet corn, big adjunct, cheap lager, corn. Palate is watery, thin, moderate carbonation. lingering cardboard. Pretty shitty.

0.66l bottle. Malty aroma. Pale golden color, low white head. Malty taste with grassy notes. Light body, oily texture, lively carbonation and light bitter finish.

Draught at Bella Italia Darlington. Pale golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and grainy straw aroma. Taste is malt & grain, sweetish with cardboard straw and grassy bitterness. Light bodied, high carbonation, dry metallic bitter finish. Standard pale lager.

Heklder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en niet al te krachtig. Standaard bier niet echt slecht maar ook niet bijzonder. Gedronken in restaurant Lalina in Zaventem.

Sampled from bottle. Very clear golden color, medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell and taste malts, hay, slightly bitter. Watery texture, low body, low carbonation. Drinkable, but that’s it.
