We loved Small Batch Project #2 so much that we have based the single hop Motueka pale entirely off that recipe. Expect a beautiful drinking experience laden with lime zing, creamy fruity tang and lemon thyme herbal notes. The first of our small batch tests to make it to the big leagues

Draught @ Delaneys, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Herbal and dry. Slight fruit, onion and a dry hopping appearance making the hops a little less bright.

Can at home following the first day of the new job. Had it with a chicken nugget wrap tea with the girls. Really thick appearance and loads of rich hops on the nose. Surprisingly bitter too. All very nice

5th January 2025
Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin pale malts, a modest creamy sweetness. The NZH101 hops bring light crisp pine, a little skunk. Then the mandarin and mild lime. Some melon on the back end, but slightly bitter melon which grated a bit. Crisp finish brings a pinch of hop spice. Nice brew, I think a better malt base would have elevated this.
