Berliner weisse "sauvage" avec un mélange maison (brett, saccharos, bactéries...). Nous y avons ajouté une micro touche de plantes (fleurs et basilic) qui se sent à peine (dépend de la température de service). 5% pour une acidité bien citronnée, et une belle ampleur.
