Eugene is a saison brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops, fermented with second-use Mosaic from Bobbi and dry hopped with loads of Citra.
Dank, with notes of grapefruit, mango and bursts of tropical citrus, Eugene blurs the line between hazy IPAs and saisons.

Opaque. Med head. This has a bright orangey nose, some lychee, bugs. Really nice hop character, actual. Fair bit of bitterness, and nice bugs, grapefruit, lychee, and papaya. Good times. Lots of fun. Refined.

375ml from The Gull @ home shared with Andrey. Batch No. One. July 2020. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: unbelievable complex mix of hops with lots of citruses and some grapes and apples. Taste: along the same lines with funk and fruity notes. Overall: very interesting.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite dank, with lots of cat piss, tropical notes, pot-like hops, and subdued rustic notes. Flavour is likewise more like an IPA than a saison, with dank hops, some classic citra notes, and farmhouse notes. Like Bobbi, this seems more like an IPA with some farmhouse notes than a saison that's been dry-hopped. Good stuff.
