FLYING DOGMA je prva srpsko-američka kraft kolaboracija i ujedno ispunjenje naših snova! U gostima nam je tada bio Matt Brophy, glavni pivar legendarne američke pivare Flying Dog iz Merilenda i uz upotrebu hmelja koji do tog momenta nije korišćen u Srbiji, moćni Galaxy, stvorili smo balansiran, a suv IPA fantastične arome. Iako nam pri ovom kuvanju Matt nije pravio društvo, bio je srećan što ponovo oživljavamo magiju od pre skoro dve godine!

7 3 7 3 15Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus and light fruits. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of hrabren, shared with him and Marko, thanks! Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, fresh citrusy hops in the nose. Moderate malty, fresh citrusy hops, mild herbs and mild spicy with moderate bitter finish and aftertaste. Really good brew.

Bottle, huge thanks Alberto! Golden body, huge white head. Fresh hoppy aroma, enormous citrus, herbal touches, mildly dank. Mild citric taste, intensely citric, touches of lime, mildly candyish too, ending bitterish, which shows in the aftertaste. Quite nice! Wish I could've tasted it on tap.

F: big, white, average retention. C: pale gold shiny, hazy. A: tangerine, grapefruits, passion fruits, papaya, mango. T: light malty backbone, fresh tangerine, orange, tropical fruits, medium body and carbonation, bit earthy, well made IPA, I like it, 33cl bottle from Nosferatu Craft Beer Shop in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Bottle at Dogma tap room in Belgrade. Bright golden semi clear color, medium and persistent white foam. Nose is a blast of galaxy, pineapple, all the way. Mouth: silky body, medium-soft carbonation, not so bitter although firmly balanced. Fruity, a bit resinous. A great beer!
