Blended barrel-aged ale
In celebration of 7 years brewing wildly complex beers at The Bruery Terreux, this year’s Annuel ale follows suit in our tradition of blending and solera aging methods. This artful, rich, and complex blend of our solera Anniversary ale, Belgian-style quad, sour blonde, sour stout, Flemish-style red, and wheat wine-style ale was aged in oak and bourbon barrels. Enjoy tart notes of caramel, vanilla, and berry, and cheers to 7 years!

Malmö March tasting - berry fruity and light funky edge with nice tingling acidity and carbonation, medium body, bourbon infused barrel accents, light vanilla sweetness coalescing with the tart berry fruity finish.

--Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm -- Hazy ruby colour, small head. Tart, oaky nose with dark cherries. Tart with surprisingly slender body and rounded mouthfeel. Intense oaky wood, some red wine and balsamic vinegar. Peppery warming finish. Intense, vinous and oaky. Lovely!
