44cl can, BB 12/2025, lot# 4035.
Dorée, pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme est houblonné, fruité moyen, un peu sur le tropical avec un rétro de fruit de la passion. Rétro léger sur le malt pâle/pils. Le tout est un peu confus.
Palais est assez sec, poudreux avec un effet herbacé et hemp - petite note de résine - orange sanguine en gelée - piquant en bouche, se boit comme une neipa - trop de ce côté hemp, hop burn et poudre d'ail.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 22A). Can 44 cl - Batch 4035 (BB: 12/25). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (grapefruit, slight peach and mango). medium-low and slightly sweet neutral malt background. slight alcoholic background. starting to show signs of oxidation with some isovaleric starting to show. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with style-average retention. TASTE: medium hop flavor with notes of pine, lupulin, slight mango. medium-low slightly-sweet malt background with slight nutty and bready notes. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: a double IPA with good hop aroma, although its starting to show signs of oxidation. flavor isn't that much complex as the aroma.
