9/VII/24 - 75cl bottle from the brewery, shared @ home, BB: XI/2020, lot 817 (2024-533) Thanks to Erwin for the bottle!
Pretty clear amber beer, small creamy light beige head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, malty, dried fruits, raisins, some apple pie, caramel, a hint of cardboard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: oooh nice, lots of caramel malts, some alcohol, a bit nutty, sligthly sourish. Aftertaste: very malty, cardboard, oxidized, caramel, nice malty backbone, gentle bitterness.
