Winter is the death of summer, but instead of being bummed out, we’re celebrating the long dark nights by raising a glass. In honour of the cold season, we’re releasing a dirge for daylight, a celebration of long midnights. Our oatmeal stout features delicious coffee notes, with the oats adding a velvety texture. We added blueberries for a little added fun and in honour of summers passing.

473ml can. Pours an opaque dark brown with red hue and a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces nicely. Semi-sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, earth and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, blueberry and coffee in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty, but could use more blueberry.
