Bottle shared at and thanks to Thijs. Hazy dull ruby with small head. Sweet and sour cherries, dry oak, soft white wine, berries, juicy, soft almonds. Medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Medium bodied. Nice.

Just a rim over hazy brownish pale red beer, not very carbonated. Rosehips, watermelon, lactic & fruitacids. Same as above, and quite convincingly hibiscustea, some sour cherry. Not that sour in the end. Bit sticky, even hinting at not-fermented sugars. Light body, light acidthinning, medium sharpness. Nice, wouldn't hesitate about another one.

Bottle. Color: Clear pinkish red, thin light pink head. Aroma: Stable-like funk, red wine, cherries. Taste: Stable and horseblanket funk, red wine / grapes, subtle sour cherries, oak wood notes. Hints of minerals. More vinuous than cherries, fortunately. Light to moderate tartness. Medium body, under average carbonation. Another very nice one from my now home-town brewery Henkebier. Love the funky part of it. Great job, Mark!
