So cool to brew a beer with the amazing Masahiro from Uchu Brewing. This is a special IPA that is packed with superstars Citra and Mosaic, both hot and cold. The twist comes with a touch of Yuzu juice in the fermenter! We didn't hold back. Expect huge citrus and tropical flavours with a slightly tart lemon note from the yuzu. This is something special. This is loaded.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 29/09/24. Hazed orange yellow with a white that thins to a swirl and edging. Nose is ripe citric flesh, yuzu, grass, guava, lychee, herb. Taste comprises sharp citric zest, crisp malt base, yuzu splashdown, light pine nip, ripe melon, papaya, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Tidy well balanced yuzu affair.
