Heavy, chcocolate, American oak, nutty, berries, pie notes. Taste is along the same lines, moderately to highly sweet with prominent berries and pie notes. Nicely done.

A black beer, small tan lacing. Aroma of sweet chocolate, dark fruits, vanilla, some wood. Taste of sweet chocolate, some coconut, vanilla, sticky sweet malt, creamy mouthfeel.

On tap at The Wandering Tortoise, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is rich, with tons of granola, deep berries, vanilla, dark sugars, and a touch of bourbon - very cohesive as usual. Flavour is ridiculously intense, with rich berry granola, vanilla, berry pie, light cinnamon, dark sugars, and big bourbon to round things out. Wow - all these different flavours work beautifully. Super rich, even more than regular FO. Wonderful.
