Robe jaune doré très claire, presque limpide, avec une mousse blanche laissant un joli lace. Nez frais et délicat sur les fruits jaunes acidulés, mirabelle et poire en tête. Attaque douce et légère, avec des saveurs de poire et de pomme, soutenues par le malt de blé et une belle expression de la levure. Un petit côté bière blanche dans la robe et la texture, mais avec une levure typique des bières de garde, tout en finesse. Finale agréable, fraîche et équilibrée. Une saison très réussie et facile à boire.

Op tap bij Borefts '25. Licht mistiggouden kleur, witte kraag. Fris, droog, citroen, licht peperig, kruidig, tarwe, licht fruitig, toch iets te spicy voor mij om dit een echt lekkere saison te vinden. Lichte body.

Almost clear golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, mirabelles, pears. Taste of tart pears, apples, wheat malt and yeast.

Bleke gele kleur. Funky brettige geur. In de mond valt het mee, zelfs wat zoetig. Smaak is lichtjes zoetig, een vleugje bitter. Lichte body. Vaag bittere afdronk.

Tap at Borefts. Slight hazy light yellow. Sweet pils malts, tart wheat, light floral, weedy hops, a hint of white wine. Under medium sweet, light bitter. Just medium bodied, slightly dry finish. Nice!

A touch of cloudy golden with a thin white head. Comes in grassy, spicy, hay, yeast, lightly citrus, and a touch sour. Light body. Finish is effervescent and lightly spiced. Waffles between boring and interesting.

Tap @ La Binouze, Paris. Slightly unclear piss yellow, sparse white sheet atop. Zesty lemon nose. Crisp sour floral citrus character with white wine notes.. good stuff.
