Draft @ Dynamo.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from L’Ermitage bottle shop in Brussels. Pours clear yellow, effervescent, with a tight, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of crispy straw, wheat flakes, lemon peel. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying finish, nips of grass, wheaty biscuits, straw. Minimal yeast expression. Drinkable enough, if fairly basic.

Bottle. Color: Very pale clear golden, white head. Aroma: Saison yeast, herbal and grassy notes. Taste: Hoppy, grassy, spicy yeast, fruity hints of orange / tangerine. Quite thin, under medium body. Below average carbonation. Bit foamy mouthfeel. Bittery, dry and bit Bretty finish. Moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness going to over medium at finish. Easy drinkable, ok but also a bit dull. Extra point for the nice bitter and dry finish.
