Clear amber pour and a fine tan head.
Fine intensity in the aroma.
Balanced sweetness and a fine carbonation level.
Bready, fruity, toffee and herbal flavor.

500ml bottle, #529, bought at Vinmonopolet Sentrum - Tromsø. Pours a bubbly, off-white head over a hazy dark orange coloured body, good lacing. Inviting on the nose with dried fruits and caramel malts. Flavoured with leafy hops, dried fruits, and mid-sweet malts, slightly doughy. Mid-dry malt-fruity tail, late arriving bitterness to it. Medium bodied. Paired well with our Christmas Herring. Decent. (Tromsø, 30.12.2024).

Rødbrun med fint beige skum. Ingenting å si på utseende. Lukter lys karamell, malt. Maltpreget i smak. Men også noe marmelade, humle, urter og karamell.

Bottle. A hazy amber beer with a nice but small beige head. Lacing. The aroma is resembling butterscotch, caramel and some bread, with a piney hoppyness. It’s full-bodied and gently warming, bitter and semi-dry. Pine cones, grapefruit and a good dash of toffee and caramel in the flavor. Lasting finish. 241129

Bottle 500ml @ home. Pours dark amber with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits and strawberries. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long malty, caramel and slight dried fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
