Unser traditonelles Will Pilsner ist ein ausgewogenes Pils, das seine besondere Note durch die harmonisch milde Balance aus edlem Aromahopfen und malzigem Körper erhält. Die ausgewogene Hopfengabe verleiht diesem Bier seinen frischen und schlanken Pils-Charakter, lässt dabei aber eine angenehm vollmundige Malznote hervortreten.

Appearance: clear gold with a moderate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: mostly malty, light fruitiness. Surprisingly little hop. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: underwhelming.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Soft malty flowery citric aroma. Medium bodied. Malty sweetish flowery citric flavor with a hint of perfume. Apple. Typical southern German pilsener.

Pours clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light dough and light bitter.

Bottled 330ml. -Yellow coloured, small white head, weak dusty vegetables nose. Malty, grainy and vegetables with flowery and salty notes. Low carbonation. Dry bitterish finish. (Below) average pils.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, light vegetables, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100904]

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Average m oderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange CGP.

Bottle, 4.6%. Mild dusty aroma. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely malty, very pleasant. Low bitterness, some good chalk. Nice and well-rounded.

Bottle: Pale greenish golden, smaller, lacy firm white head; moderate grainy to cardboardy (slightly sourish) nose; light bodied, soft MF, light bitter-sweet flavour; light sweet-bitter finish. Not very impressive, but gentle Pils..........
